Norplex-Micarta materials are used in electrical test fixtures for printed circuit boards, semiconductor vapor deposition chambers, hard disk drive lapping carriers, and solder and assembly pallets in the manufacture of printed circuit boards. The materials feature consistent and predictable dimensional changes for precision placement of components in these applications. They can also withstand the highly corrosive chemical environments and extreme thermal conditions common in the production of memory chips and printed circuit assemblies.
Some Norplex-Micarta products consist of conductive surfaces bonded to an insulative core for test fixtures and other anti-static applications. |
